Content License

This Content License explains ownership and permitted use for prompts, uploads, generated project briefs, images, PDFs, posters, and build reels.

Your inputs

You keep your rights in prompts, photos, reference images, measurements, notes, and other content you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit that content.

You grant Tyldesley a limited license to host, copy, process, transform, display, export, and store your inputs as needed to provide the service, support your account, protect safety, and resolve billing or dispute issues.

Generated outputs

Subject to these terms and your paid plan, you may use generated plans, images, PDFs, posters, and videos for personal DIY planning, social sharing, and non-misleading presentation of your own projects.

Tyldesley does not guarantee that AI outputs are unique, that similar outputs will not be generated for others, or that an output is free of third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication or commercial use.

Restrictions

You may not use outputs to claim professional certification, guarantee safety, sell construction services without independent professional review, mislead others about a build, or violate the Acceptable Use Policy.

You may not remove safety notices from PDFs or present AI-generated dimensions as verified structural calculations.

Public sharing

If you share a build reel or poster publicly, do not imply that Tyldesley inspected your space, certified your build, or approved the final physical installation.

You are responsible for captions, tags, claims, music rights outside the Tyldesley export, and any platform rules that apply to your post.

Feedback

If you provide feedback, examples, or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve Tyldesley without owing compensation, while respecting the Privacy Policy.
